Export oriented unit & domestic trading unit

We have two unit one is EOU & another is DTA. Due to Excise & Custom purpose we transfer goods from EOU to DTA with proper documentation for sale in local market. The problem arises in case of valuation of closing stock at the end of period and what are the necessary entries we require to pass at the end of period.
