Machinery has to be imported for trial run.What is the importation procedure like billing, duty payable etc.,?

DEAR ,
BEFORE ANY IMPORTATION ALL THE REQUIREMENTS WILL BE FULFILLED i.e :-
(A) IEC NO. AND OPENED THE EEFC ACCOUNT
(B)REQUEST FOR ISSUANCE THE EPCG LICENCE SO THAT DUTY WILL EXEMPT IN LIEU OF DUTY PAID , YOU MUST FULFILLED THE EXPORT OBLIGATION AS PER LAID DOWN IN THE FOREIGN TRADE POLICY 2009-2014
