Some question ,, Please Give ans urgenty !!
Q.1 Are Export of fabrics made product free from duty?
Q.2 If no , what is the rate of duty for export textiles materils ?
Q.3 Are rate of export duty differ countr to counrty ? ( we want export fabric made item to USA and Itly )
Q. what documents are need to attached along with the consignment ?

Admissible for export without any duty
An exporter can either export directly or through buying agents.
Export through buying agents :
An exporter who is new and inexperienced in the market would do better by working through buying agents who represent importers. These buying agents are spread in important centers namely, New Delhi and Mumbai.
Export Directly :
You can approach the Council for help in terms of information about the foreign market and other related matters.
You can participate in the International trade fairs which would give a direct interaction with the international buyers at a subsidised rate.
You can also participate in the Buyers Sellers Meet for more personal interaction with the buyers.
Importers directory - you can have the addresses and contact details of the prime importers from this directory.
All handicraft products have been categorized as Special Focus Products, and their exports to all countries are entitled to higher Duty Credit Scrip incentive @ 5% of FOB value of exports, as against the normal rate of 2% for Focus Products.

Technical textiles, Flax fabrics, Silk, silk yarn and Silk fabrics, coir products, jute products incentivised under FPS @ 2%.
