My client is starting to exportEngineering goods to Gulf countries. Can he avoid VAT and Central Excise?

in india, vat is exemption in case of export.
if your items code is occurs in List Notified by CBEC, and DGFT u can avail DRAWBACK AND CHAPTER-3 INCENTIVE AND excise incentive too as well as Pre-shipment case too avail .
