Since export opened up on quota based system for Cotton yarn, as a company which have IEC No. but not updated since long time with regard to Directors' detail.
Can we submit application based on this IEC No.?
Whether there may any query be raised for that pendency or reject the application based on this pendency?
Kindly advice AT THE EARLIEST.

DEAR KAPIL,
AS PER DGFT Notification No. 18 (RE-2010)/2009-14 DTD. 24.01.2011 COLUMN NO.2 SAYS THAT
“Export of cotton yarn by manufacturers who manufacture and export cotton yarn exclusively out of imported raw cotton shall be exempted from the restriction imposed on export of cotton yarn vide above notifications, subject to a certificate from the jurisdictional Central Excise Authority certifying that the yarn has been manufactured exclusively out of the imported raw cotton.”
YOU ARE ELIGIBLE, AS PER THIS NOTIFICATION ALSO YOU ARE REQUEST TO PLEASE AMEND THE IEC BEFORE APPLY.
