dear sir
my query os that we export pp woven fabric against epcg licence to Dubai party but consignee from sudan but bank are not issuing brc agaianst sudan export.
so please suggest me to how to i obtain brc and what my obligation we be acceptable in dgft

You have to receive payment for exports made to Sudan from your Buyer in Dubai.
