Is an EOU eligible for export incentives available under FTP such as Duty Drawback, MEIS, SEIS, EPCG etc. against exports made by him and /or goods sold in DTA?

In general, FTP allows one benefit, and availing of any one benefit will disentitle the unit to avail any other benefit. EOU is itself a benefit under FTP. Thus, when various FTP beenfits are being taken under EOU scheme, no other benefits shall be admissible. However, various schemes can be examined for specifics.
