02 January 2020 Is an EOU eligible for export incentives available under FTP such as Duty Drawback, MEIS, SEIS, EPCG etc. against exports made by him and /or goods sold in DTA?

02 January 2020 In general, FTP allows one benefit, and availing of any one benefit will disentitle the unit to avail any other benefit. EOU is itself a benefit under FTP. Thus, when various FTP beenfits are being taken under EOU scheme, no other benefits shall be admissible. However, various schemes can be examined for specifics.
