Can I claim export benefits and incentives if my buyer is India based and giving me L/C in INR.
Exporter and shipper would be my company.

in case OF sez SUPPLIER YOU WILL BE LIABLE TO GET CHAPTER-3 INCENTIVE NOTIFIED AS PER dgft NORMS.
