Export from one SEz unit to another SEz unit

Dear all,
i want to ask one thing that can one SEz unit sale goods to another SEz unit, if it is possible then waht is the procedure and documents compliances regarding this matter.
Actually we have a SEz unit in Andhra Pradesh, so we supplied matarial to another SEZ unit in Noida.. So ther is a problem A.P commissioner considering it under rule 43 and noida commissioner considered it under rule 30 of SEZ act 2006............
Plz help as soon as possible..

it seems that sez unit is situated in noida is your own units, u can eligible for transfer it as per para 6.13(a) of ftp.
