Dear friends,
We have a central Excise Regstration. But now we are one conginement is export FOB Basis. what is formlities for export Please help me. send the details for export procedurers please guide me.

if you have manufactur exporter then execute a letter of undertaking with your juridiction superintendent central excise.
You can also remove the goods under rebat claim,debit the duty in pla or cenvat account after getting shifment proof you can apply for rebat claim.
formalities
(1)receive the packing detail
(2)prepare excise invoice
(3)prepare are-1
(4)Excise inspector first check the goods and stuffing the container in his persence.he will certify the excise invoice and are-1.
