According to paragraph 2.42 of the current Foreign Trade Policy ( FTP) 2015-2020 third party exports are allowed . However, Chapter 4 of current Foreign Trade Policy is silent on third party exports (against CT-1)
Chapter 5 of FTP (EPCG Scheme) vide paragraph 5.10 (b) of Hand Books of Procedures of FTP 2015-20 allows exports through third party(ies).
In such cases, export documents such as shipping bills shall indicate name of both manufacturing exporter/manufacturer and third party exporter(s). Bank Realisation Certificate (BRC), Self Declaration Form (SDF), export order and invoice should be in the name of third party exporter.
