05 May 2012 it is let export order .

after examination OF GOODS in custom ,Generate the shipping bills copy 5 in Nos.the suptdt. custom order in computer system for print these and after it NIC department, print the shipping bill in lieu of fee submit before by CHA.

then suptdt. sign on the copies of shipping bills like EP copy,DEPB/ DBK, CUSTOM COPY, TR-1, TR-2 AND EXCHANGE CONTROL COPY.

CHA submit it TR-1 copy for shipping bill and tr-2 copy for forwarder .
