Expnesn Head for sitting

We have filled a Arbitration case. Arbitration bench was sitted in a private place and they charged some amount for accomodation and it was paid by us. In this regard i want to know that under what head this amount should be debited. Please advise.

Hi Anil,
The said expenses shall fall under Hotel Expenses if the billing is fone directly by the hotel on you.
If the advice comes from the Arbitrator, then the same shall be booked under Legal expenses.
