expenses of film production company

our client is film making company.it incur expenses such as lunch, conveyance,foreign travel tickets, mobile recharging expense for script writer, actor, and artist. they are not a employee of a company. is it lable for fringe benefit tax on such expenses?

For charging any expenses under FBT the basic condition needs to fullfit & the condition is relationship of employer & employee.
As in your case the relationship does not exist so changing the expenses under FBT does not arise. For that you need to maintained the details of the expenses incurred for employee & for contractors/professionals to prove later on.
