What is the total expenses to open a manufacturing company like ROC,Rent, Infrastructure,What GOVERNMENT Approval required for opening?

Expenses to open a manufacturing company is very nature of items and station/city where you are going to establish your company. Rent, Infrastructure and Govt. Approval expenses completely based on size of unit, item, state, station and standard you are willing to maintain. ROC expenses will be almost same at all stations.
