whether payment made to Gujarat Electricity Board in excess of Rs. 20000 in CASH is allow as Busi. Exps????

Hi,
Rule 6DD Excludes the applicability of Sec 40A(3) for any payments made to Govt entities. Therefore payment made to Gujarat Electricity Board in excess of Rs. 20000 in CASH will be allowed as a deduction.
