13 September 2009 I WANT TO OPEN A PROPRIETORS SHIP FOR TRADING IN EQUITY SHARES. I WANT TO BOOK FOLLOWING EXPENSES:
1-BROKERAGE AND STT
2-TELEPHONE AND INTERNET EXPENSES
3.ELECTRICITY EXPENSES
4-COMPUTER REPAIR AND MAINTAINENANCE EXPENSES.
5-RENT
6-SALARY
ETC.
CAN I BOOK ABOVE EXPENSES AND WHAT KIND OF OTHER EXPENSES CAN I BOOK.

19 September 2009 if you are being a broker then all the mentioned expenses should be booked and adhoc of such expenses allowed.

other expenses : there is no exhaustive list of such expenses but all those expenses which are incurred wholly in connection with business shall be allowed and you can book the same
