Expense above 20000rs in cash

17 June 2013 wheater it is possible to have made an expense of above 20000rs regarding diesel.
i thnk we can not pay via cheque for diesel purchase therfore it should be allowed
please suggest your opinion.

17 June 2013 it is not allowed..it will be disallowed if you made payments in a single day to single part more than 20000

if possible to you take bills on different dates..it will be fine..expenditure can be booked in two different dates
