13 May 2009 whether expenditure incuured for mobile phones bills under corporate poliy will be liable for T.D.S or not . If yes then under which section and if not then related case law.

14 May 2009 Provisions of TDS will not apply in case of payments made for usage of telephone / mobile phones. It was well decided by Madras High Court under case of Skycell Communications Ltd. [251 ITR 53]. Further, It seems to be a company, So you need to pay FBT on the same expenditure.
