Exhchange controll copy submission to bank

30 January 2014 we received foreign receipt in our icici bank against export during the year 2013-14, but one day icici bank charged rs.10000 as saying that not submitted export bill without any intimation to us written or orally.

In this case what is the remeady for reversing this bank charges imposed by icici on us and also what is the time limit of this submission of exchange controll copy, its procedure

30 January 2014 The period is 21 days after export but please inform in detail the action taken by you after export effected.
