if DTC bus is given to police dept/gst dept/ income tax dept on hire will this service falls under exemption from gst ? if yes what the serial number of it?

Supplies of motor vehicles to Government Departments other than the state transport undertakings are taxable. Refer question 26 of FAQ on Government services.
