CAN VOCATIONAL INSTITUTES GET EXEMPT UNDER SECTION 12A IF THERY ARE RUNNNG A COURSE LIKE ACCOUNTING,SECRETRIAL DIPLOMA ETC-ANY CASE LAWS

It is not based on the courses you are running but based on the charity nature of the trust. The trust should be formed with the objects to serve the public in general for charitable purposes.
