Hi..
I have paid 4.60 lacs as own contribution towards purchase of home. In which Rs.2.30 Lacs was stamp Duty and Reg and remaining my own contribution for home. Can i claim the same in u/s 80 C upto Rs.1.00 Lacs.

This Contribution is not u/s 80c as per Income tax law. so this is not possible.
