Is diplomat & embassies guest exempt to pay service tax on hotels & restaurant's bills like Luxury tax ?

This is available provided for foreign diplomatic mission or consular post in India by notification 33/2007-ST dated 23.5.2007. Also exemption is available to family members of diplomatic agents/careeer consular officers by notificaiton 34/2007-ST dated 23.5.2007 subject to fulfilment of conditions in these notifications.
