exemption criteria in ipcc

I have to attempt group 2 ipcc in may.I m not prepared with auditing.in case i get 60+ marks in 2 subjects ie in it/sm & acc,then can i get exemption for both sunjects in nov exams?? plzz hlp...

Though you are not prepared for auditing you should attend the exam.
If you do not attend all subjects of the group, you are not eligible for exemption in any subject even if you score 60+
so attend all exams and claim exemption.
