if one appears only in first group of ca final in november 11 and secures exemption in one subject and does not pass the group, whether he can derive entire benefit of those excess marks achieved in first group in may 12 for set off purpose in may 12 attempt in which he appears for both groups and is lacking some marks in second group for aggregate only

If he is lacking some marks due to aggregate purpose then he can claim benefit of exemption he got in previous attempt.
