17 May 2012 There is no restriction to do trading activity from manufacturing factory in excise. You can do as per the below condition.

1. You can not take cenvat credit for that goods.

2.You can not use that material in your manufacturing

3. You can create separate invoice for this trading sales

4. You can maintain separate stock area and records for this goods.
