I want to surrender excise unit 1 & transfer all machinery to excise unit II,
please tell all procedure removal of good & department information, reduction of utilized cenvat credit on machinery.

Before the surrender of excise registration you will transfer the all goods on invoice to unit-2 and then surrender the registration.
