Excise return user name & password on aces site

11 February 2012 sir ,we have registered already with excise deptt.& we have also user name & password form excise deptt.for excise return.
but we misplace our password & user name of excise return by default.
how can get username & password for excise return ????
we also applied on aces site from new user name & passwaord for excise return user name & password with filling of form A1 form on aces site, but we withdwan its form from aces site on same day by saying anyone that this is the procedure for new excise registration & from this your current excise no. will be convert.
if any concern after withdrawn that form from aces site Plz solve , our user name & password have also blocked form aces site where we withdrawn our a1 form.

11 February 2012 Dear Surender

Please contact with your range officer and intimate him about this problem . At all range office there are a technical person that will bail you out .

Further please dont try to register again and again that may lead you in problem .
