If you are a manufacturer then ER-1. Dealer then Quarterly Return. 100% EOU then ER-2.

Agreed with the experts as stated above but in addition to above monthly return in ER-6 (related to principal inputs) will also be applicable if u had paid duty of Rs.10 lacs or more in the previous year as per circular no.926/16/2010 dated 28/5/2010.
