Our client had applied for Excise registration as he had shifted his factory premises.
Initialy the digits were eg. ABCFQ1234QXM003
Now the new registration reads eg. ABCFQ1234QEM004
Iam unable to understand the 11th digit which has changed from X to E.
Kindly let me know what does X and E stands for.
