Dear Sir,
We are a manufacturar of Country liquor and Indian Made Foreign Liquor(IMFL). we are not registered in Central Excise department due to exemption on Liqour manufacturing. We want to sale Fuseoil of our factory . My query is , should we get the registration for sailing the fuseoil or we can take the benefit of SSI exemption up to Rs. 1.5 Cr. . Total cost of Fuseoil is Rs. 30 Lacks in a year.
Please solve the query.
