you have to need a new registration and first registration will be canceled.

If cancel the First registration, what will you do if the company has Cenvat Credit under the first registration?. How will you transfer & use against in subsquent payment?

If entire factory is shifted to another side, transfer of unutilised cenvat credit is permissible.
