12 October 2012 we are exporters of rice and purchase packing material after paying excise tax can we get back refund of excise

14 October 2012 if you want to avail the benefit of Tebate then you have to clear the same under ARE-1, claiming the duty paid as rebate. as rice is exempt, so it can not be possible
alternate you can claim drawback, for which consult your CHA
