dear friends please tell me which excise rate (10%,12%,or 14%) will be applied in nov 2012 CA exams

With effect from 17.03.2012, the Excise Duty rate is 12.36% (including cess).
16 August 2012
The Rate of Excise Duty is 12% instead of 10%. The Effective Date of such rate is from 17.03.2012. Hence,
students are required to work out all problems involving ED at 12% instead of 10%.
