I would like know that If we have some stock which was purchased for trading, can v use it for manufacturing? If yes wht is the procedure. can v be able to use the cenvat in this case. plz consider that we have two separate excise registrations one for dealer and one for manufacturing

if you have manufacturing licence, then make invoice from trading licence to manufacturing licence, shift the materials to manufacturing yard and then do the manufacturing.
the invoice will rank at par with other input invoices.
