What is the rate of Central Excise on Manufacture of Bicycle Tyres/Tubes? Is CENVAT Credit available? Any info in relation to this would be appreciated.

11 October 2012 It will be fall under chapter heading 4011 and excise duty is 12.36%. If you will pay the excise duty on final products, cenvat credit will be available in regards to the input or input services used in final product.
