31 October 2008 our unit is producing Urea(Exempted ) And Industrial products (exciseable).Ammonia, Nitric Acid, Liquid Oxygen & Co2 is captively used for manufacturing of Urea (Exempted From duty).May pl. advise whether above inputs are dutiable which are used for producing Urea.Exemption Notification No's may also be provided for Ammonia, Nitric Acid, Liquid Oxygen & Co2.

as u said the above inputs are exempted then it would be exempted for Urea also.
