wheather time of invoice creaton and time of removal may be different by 2 days or more days. plese reply ,most urgent.

under exceptional conditions viz truck strike, or fault in truck at factory gate, such entries are permitted, otherwise its called evasion under the excise eyes.
when any invoice is prepared but goods are not cleared on same day, the dealer has to cancell the invoice and send the copies to R/O within 24 hours of such incident for records. make new invoice and clear the goods on later date.
