Dear Sir,
We have some excisable material lying at other vendor premises. We want to sale this as a scrap to party. So my query is whether i will eligible to raise excise invoice direct to party. But the material lying at other unit.

Scrap is excisable material & duty to be paid on removal through excise invoice irrespective of place of removal.
