Provide me the solution for the query mentioned below.
A job worker provides job work to an exporter . now he wants to purchase machinery for the said job work on raw material supplied by the exporter. Whether he can save excise duty which will be levied by machinery supplier. What is the procedure for purchasing capital goods by job worker at nil rate of excise duty in the above said case.

Manufacturer exporter will take the capital goods without payment of duty for the purpose of export of goods.
