dear sir , i am working in automobile work shop . we are purchasing paint material with excise invoice. can we take input credit for100% on that. pld clarify as early as possible.

if you are traders of goods you are purchase then you take the input and make the sale then adj the same.
and another if you mfg. of some item and paint material use as raw material for finished for u are manufacturing then you can claim credit of excise duty.
otherwise not possible.
