on how much turnover exise duty in applicable for manufacture.. and we are manufacturer of rice bags which are meant for export purpose for rice packing and we do sale against H form to exporters in india ... is this product come under excise..

goods cleared against form H are not to be counted fr excise limit,
current excise is exempted upto 150 lacs without input credit. (SSI exemption nofification 8/2003)
