11 October 2012 on how much turnover exise duty in applicable for manufacture.. and we are manufacturer of rice bags which are meant for export purpose for rice packing and we do sale against H form to exporters in india ... is this product come under excise..

11 October 2012 goods cleared against form H are not to be counted fr excise limit,

current excise is exempted upto 150 lacs without input credit. (SSI exemption nofification 8/2003)
