We are Excise Dealers, We are pass on the Excise duty to our customers. The Basic Price is Inclusive of Excise duty. Extra Vat / CST Will levied on Baic Value.

"We are shown Seperately Exciseduty in Dealer Invioce"

My query is

Can We charge VAT/CST on Excise duty shown in seperately in Invoice...?

12 May 2011 You have already charged in this invoice.Basic rate charged included all excise duty.

only you are showing amount of duty separate only.

12 May 2011 Did you mean VAT /CST need not levy Excise duty seperatly shown in Invoice...?

We are issued to our customer only Delivery challan and Tax Invioce (Dealer Invioce). No other Invioce for VAT/ CST.
