please some one tell me we r manufacturing unit, our turnover below 150 lakhs. can we availed excise credit on rawmaterial bill and also on capital good..?

You cannot avail CENVAT credit if you're claiming SSI exemption.

if not claiming SSI exemption then you take input and pay duty on sales.
