26 April 2013 We have two mfg unit both company name is diff. but directors are same.

We have supplied material one company to second company as cost price. it is correct, if not kindly send a case study.

10 May 2013 Dear Praveed Kumar,

It is not correct. As both units have different excise registrations, both are separate units as far as Excise is concern. Although, It is a same comapny having same board of directors.

You have to take out profitability i.e. margins on your sales and accordingly you have charge excise duty Cost + normal profit while transferring material from one unit to anothor.
