Dear Sirs,
I am working in a corporate company we have a new GM, he want to became a authorized signatory for central excise invoices. Weather the Board of resolution is mandatory or the letter to excise superintendent is enough?

i m sharing the Format for you.
“RESOLVED THAT Mr. Arun Pratap Singh,General Manager of the Company is hereby Authorised to sign All the Documents on behalf of the Company such as Invoice packing List incidental thereto from the office of Custom and Central excise .
FURTHER RESOLVED That Mr. Arun Pratap Singh,General Manager of the Company is Authorised to do all acts, deeds and things as may be necessary for the purpose of giving effect to the above resolution & also authorize to any Representative for Submission, Meeting & interaction with the o/o Custom and Central excise office & incidental thereto on behalf of the company.
