I have Cenvat Credit for Rs,1000 for the raw material which is used for trial run but sale value of scrape is Rs,1000 only Excise on which is Rs.100 whether the balance ITC Rs.900 is eligible for Further removal or not?

yes, balance Cenvat credit of Rs900/- can be utilized for further removal of finished goods manufactured after commercial production.
