any one suggest me about excise field i.e excise charge on production or move the goods?

For laving of excise duty there are following essentials
1. There must be a goods .
2. The goods must be manufacturing process .
3. Goods must have market .
4. Goods must be moved from the factory to other place
So Manufacturing as wall as movement of goods are essential for laving of excise duty .
