Dear all experts please clarify my doubt
What is excise return ( like ER-1 or any) interest rate for delay return file and delay payment .

as per rule 12(1)of central excise rules Monthly Returns will be filed by large units , the manufacturers who are not eligible for SSI concession of Dated 10th of Following Month for more information link:
